This month’s Athlete Spotlight is on Taylor Bennett. Taylor has been a member since October 2011. Recently, Taylor decided to make the change to following a strict Paleo diet. In just 8 weeks, Taylor dropped 6% body fat and lost 14 pounds. On top of her unbelievable results regarding body fat percentage and weight, Taylor has set personal records in the snatch (95 lbs), push press (115 lbs), shoulder press (80 lbs), and split jerk (125 lbs), while linking together 7 consecutive pull ups. In January, Taylor participated in CrossFit for a Cause, a fundraiser benefiting the Summers family. She successfully completed 24 workouts in 24 hours.
Taylor is an inspiration and a great example of how attainable dramatic results can be. Through her effort and determination, her goals will continue to be checked off the list one by one!
