Why CrossFit Football


CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. It delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. In short, CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. CrossFit Football pares down CrossFit and makes it sport-specific with short, heavier met-cons and an added strength component.  The focus is on general skills that will make you faster and stronger, help you change direction, and make your body work better. Football is a game of seconds and inches. With this in mind, our CrossFit Football program replicates these stresses and situations that our players will face on the field.


The program works because NFL players and some of the top coaches in the world designed it. It is not a theoretical program that might work. This program has been used by the best and has proven itself at the highest levels of athletics. It is designed for all players, regardless of their age or experience. All of the loads, distances, times, intensity and programming can be scaled to any athlete of any fitness level, while meeting the demands of athletes at the highest levels. Our program will also include dietary education for athletes. The diet advocated is the Power Athlete Diet (http://www.crossfitfootball.com/page/index.php?menu=nutrition&page=nutrition). Robb Wolf and former NFL lineman John Welbourn created this diet.

The Program will be held At CrossFit Conway:  1195 S Harkrider St (Adjacent to the back side of Acxiom)

The format will be as follows:

  • Warm-Up/Speed Drills.
  • Skill Session- This will revolve around the movements used in the workout that day.
  • SWOD: Strength Workout of the Day.
  • WOD: Workout of the Day.
  • Cool Down/Stretching
  • Diet

Duration: 6 Weeks

Wednesday, May 30th- Friday, July 6th

Time: 9:00am- 11:00am

Every Monday-Wednesday-Friday

Cost will be $250. After the Registration deadline, cost will be $300.
