Aaron BurksAaron Burks
Aaron has been involved with athletics his entire life, ranging from team sports during his formative years, individual sports (amateur body-building and endurance training) during his collegiate years, and CrossFit for the past year and a half.  Aaron’s experiences have given him a sound base of knowledge about physical fitness and the importance of nutrition.  Aaron has a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals and enjoys working with individuals of all ages.Aaron’s certifications include: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Football, and CrossFit Kettle Bell .  Aaron graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Health Service Administration.

Kevin WyzgoskiKevin Wyzgoski
Kevin has experience in the areas of both physical fitness and nutrition. Kevin has been involved in both team sports including Basketball and Baseball, and individual sports focusing on Marathons and Triathlons at the Sprint, Olympic, and Ironman levels.  Kevin has experience with several nutrition companies, where he focused on educating others on the benefits of natural and holistic nutrition. Kevin has a passion for helping others of all ages and ability levels to reach their fitness and overall health goals.

Kevin’s certifications include: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, and NSCA-CPT.  Kevin graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in Nutrition.

Jason Antal
Jason grew up participating in athletics ranging from baseball to tennis.  He first sampled the CrossFit “kool-aid” in 2008.  He is now completely fanatical about it and has been fully dedicated to CrossFit for the past couple of years.  He thoroughly enjoys Olympic lifting and is focusing on becoming a proficient coach in that area. He firmly believes that CrossFit can be a huge factor in improving anyone’s quality of life, and that is one of the aspects of CrossFit he loves the most; it truly is for everyone. Jason is CrossFit Level 1 certified.

Shannon Milam
Shannon currently holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s Certificate. She is a member of the Conway Running Club and is involved in the Conway biking community. She has eight years of endurance experience, including running marathons and road biking. Her CrossFit experience has been a valuable asset in reducing her overall racing times while increasing every other aspect of fitness. Shannon has a passion for encouraging and motivating others to achieve their personal goals.Shannon graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is married to Todd and they have three children, Claire, Lainey and Jackson.
Lindsay Burks
Lindsay has always been involved with athletics, including team sports like basketball, softball, and football. For the past eight years, she has worked in a fitness facility where she motivated others to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. She has a background in personal training and group fitness instruction. Lindsay’s ultimate passion with fitness is seeing others succeed and grow to love CrossFit and Paleolithic nutrition. She currently is a full time Health and Fitness Specialist at the Little Rock Air Force Base where she trains active duty military men and women to pass their PT test. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, spending time with family, and trying to beat her husband, Aaron, in every CrossFit WOD.Lindsay is a CrossFit Level 1 certificate holder. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master of Science in Dietetics, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Nutrition.
Andy Beresky
Andy has always enjoyed exploring the limits of physical fitness.  Growing up playing sports like soccer, tennis, golf, and lacrosse showed him the importance and enjoyment of physical activity.  He really began to push those limits during his collegiate athletic career, where was part of the track and field team, specializing in the 400m, 400m relay, and 400m hurdles.  After college, he became involved with gymnastics and began coaching level 1-5 boys USAG classes in Davis, California.  After moving to Conway in the spring of 2009, he started doing CrossFit workouts at local gyms on his own.  He has been a part of the CrossFit Conway community since they opened.Andy graduated with a degree in Physics from Washing University in St. Louis.  He holds a CrossFit Level 1 certification and has additional experience with sprinting mechanics and gymnastic instruction.
