CrossFit is a safe, efficient, and effective way to workout. We have a special class called "Crossfit Connect" for newer athletes where the pace is a little slower and there are plenty of modifications given for each movement. If you have graduated Foundations but enjoy the feel of smaller class size with more one-on-one with your coach, try Connect.

Classes occur Monday & Wednesday at 6pm. You are encouraged to join regular WOD classes on the other days, as well!
