50’s on Fire

CrossFit is a safe, efficient, and effective way to workout. We have a special class called "50's on Fire" for people aged 50 and up where the pace is a little slower and there are plenty of modifications given for each movement. 

50's on Fire is the class for you!

- Better confidence in your body
- Meet people with similar goals
- Learn safe ways to lift and perform your activities of daily living
- Gain joint mobility and muscle flexibility
- Accountability
- Group classes with different workouts each day
- Have a class dedicated to your age group and athleticism

Everyone can CrossFit! Just ask our 50's class from last spring.

Classes occur Monday/Wednesday/Thursday at 6pm, with the option of attending a Saturday morning Fit Class as well.
