For new clients, we offer a complementary Intro Class Saturdays at 8:30am. Get a workout in and have the chance to talk with one of our friendly, experienced coaches and see how we can help you reach your goals! Please contact us to let us know you are coming.

At CrossFit Conway, we provide you with a service based on YOUR specific needs. Whether that is personal training, group classes, or nutrition accountability our expert coaches will provide you with a Fitness RX to meet your goals! 


Foundations
Class

Ready to dive in?

Get started with our CrossFit Conway Foundations Class where you will learn how to get results safely and effectively. This is a six class series running on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30pm. 

  • More intimate class sizes ensure plenty of individualized coaching and help.
  • Learn the basic weightlifting and gymnastic techniques as well as scaling options for your level of fitness.
  • Become aware of the various ways you can integrate into our community at CFC. 
  • Acquaint yourself with the equipment and our facility so you feel right at home in the box. 

Your first one-month package is $250, and includes Foundations classes and the rest of the month’s Unlimited Membership.

You will get a free CFC t-shirt when you sign up.  Upon completing Foundations, you are ready to jump into regular classes!  You will receive an InBody Body Composition Analysis at the beginning and the end of your first month to track changes in fat and muscle mass that results from your new lifestyle change!

  

WOD Classes

WOD Classes are traditional CrossFit Classes and are designed for strength and energy system training, foundational movements and a life/fitness balance. Classes focus on expanding base level strength and targeting weaknesses, including performing moderate to high level gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and constantly varying speed and loads in all lifts. Classes will help athletes improve general athletic ability and sport performance.

All new clients must complete the Foundations course before joining WOD classes. 

Personal
Training

Personal Training is offered as 30 minute or 1 hour sessions with one of our expert coaches. Sessions can be 1 on 1 or in a small group setting. Personal Training sessions are an effect approach to helping clients achieves their personal goals. This program is perfect for individuals that do not wish to train in a group or as an additional service to take reaching your goals to the next level. 

Regardless of whether you are a first time CrossFitter or have been completing WOD’s for years, personal training is a great choice for you!

Open Gym

Open Gym times are an opportunity for all members to use the facility to work on their specific needs. All open gym hours are staffed by a CF-L1 Coach.

Open gym hours are open to both Personal Training clients and WOD Class members once the Foundations program has been completed. 

Kids
Fitness

Children and Teens have a greater opportunity—relative to adults—to maximize their physical skills during years of peak development. For Peak Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children. Without developing foundational movements in their youth, our children are at an extreme risk of injury and disease.

Kids Fitness is designed to make fitness fun! When fitness is fun it leads to our kids creating a habit and valuing the importance of health and fitness. 

Sports Massage

We are pleased to offer in house Sports Massage Therapy by Timbre Downey, LMT. She sees both members as well as non-members out of her location inside the gym.
