For new clients, we offer a complementary Intro Class Saturdays at 8:30am. Get a workout in and have the chance to talk with one of our friendly, experienced coaches and see how we can help you reach your goals! Please register here to let us know you are coming.

If Saturdays at 8:30am don’t work for you, please drop us a message or an email and we will pick a great workout during the week for you to try us out.


Foundations
Class

Ready to dive in?

New members who have not done CrossFit before get started in the gym by having three personal sessions with a coach.

  • Private or semi-private classes to ensure individualized coaching.

  • Learn the basic weightlifting and gymnastic techniques as well as scaling options for your level of fitness.

  • Become aware of the various ways you can integrate into our community at CFC.

  • Acquaint yourself with the equipment and our facility so you feel right at home in the box.

The three sessions are $125. Upon completion of Foundations, you will be ready to jump into group classes!

Crossfit
Classes

WOD Classes are traditional CrossFit Classes and are designed for strength and energy system training, foundational movements and a life/fitness balance. Classes focus on expanding base level strength and targeting weaknesses, including performing moderate to high level gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and constantly varying speed and loads in all lifts. Classes will help athletes improve general athletic ability and sport performance.

All new clients must complete the Foundations course before joining WOD classes. 

Open Gym

Open Gym times are an opportunity for all members to use the facility to work on their specific needs. All open gym hours are staffed by a CF-L1 Coach. You’ll find us working on our curls (“bro lifts”) or busting out a WOD we might have missed during the week.

Open gym hours are open to both Personal Training clients and WOD Class members once the Foundations program has been completed. 

crossfit teens

CrossFit Teens follows traditional CrossFit programming for teens in their own specialized group where they can enjoy smaller classes with people their own age. Teens will learn foundational movements that apply to other sports they may play throughout the school year and even beyond graduation. Try a class for free! Teens have their own class Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5pm. Once they are confident in their CrossFit skills and approved by their coach, they are also welcome to join other classes through the week if they wish.

CrossFit
Kids

Children have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills during years of peak development. For Crossfit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children. Without developing foundational movements in their youth, our children are at an extreme risk of injury and disease.

Crossfit Kids is designed to make fitness fun! When fitness is fun it leads to our kids creating a habit and valuing the importance of health and fitness. Try a class for free! Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm.

Hybrid AF
24/7 Access

You can access the gym 24/7 with our Hybrid AF add-on membership! This membership add-on is perfect for shift workers or people who want to get some training in on their own time.

Never be stuck on Christmas day without a WOD again! The membership price is $25 per family. Must be a current CrossFit Conway member.
