Drs. Brian and Merissa Beard

Drs. Brian and Merissa have been members of CrossFit Conway since 2014. While they have always been passionate about fitness, they fell in love with the community of CrossFit. In 2018, the Beards took ownership of this amazing gym as an additional way to bring health and wellness to Central Arkansas. When they aren't at the gym, the Beards can be found at Beard Family Chiropractic, a MaxLiving Health Center, where they have been empowering patients to better health since 2014.
